Maybach Music Group’s Meek Mill is getting some intense support. The hip-hop star’s new Wins & Losses album has received hefty co-signs from a slew of music heavyweights.
Since its release, everyone from Young Thug to Teyana Taylor and Rick Ross have shouted out Meek’s newest project.
Meek Mill has gone the extra mile to make sure all of his Instagram followers know the LP’s everywhere.
This week, Meek detailed the meaning behind Wins & Losses.
“I just wanted to give people a real perspective of my life, what we call wins and what we call losses. I lost my case, we lost Lil Snupe, Chino lost his brother. Like, where we come from, that’s a loss. When you talk L’s and W’s, you get an L, that mean you got life in jail. It’s critical, it ain’t what they talking about, so I wanted to give my perspective on it, you know, let people know what I’ve been through – made me into the man I am today.” (Streetz 94.5)
The hip-hop stud has partnered with streaming giant TIDAL to help promote the LP with some pop up shops.
