Pretty Lights to hold 2-day camping mini-festival at The Gorge

Derek Vincent Smith has always reveled in epic strategizing for his Pretty Lights live shows. Past the dazzling stage productions and live band edits of his songs, Smith has always had a knack for making his concerts into larger than life spectacles. Through his chronic scheduling of 2-day headlining events with eclectic supporting acts, Pretty Lights has long been a master at creating “mini-festivals” – something which he solidly reaffirmed with 2016’s Episodic Festival Tour.

For his newest such event, Pretty Lights has tapped one of the nation’s most picturesque venues: The Gorge in George, Washington. Dubbed “Season Two Premiere, Episode 6, the two-day camping event will be held August 4-5. In standard Pretty Lights form, Smith will headline both nights of the event with his live band. Supporting acts range from hip hop duo Atmosphere to electronic jam band STS9. Further support will be provided from Tipper, Lettuce, Manic Focus, and more.

Pre-sale for recipients of the Pretty Lights newsletter will be available Monday, April 3 at Noon Pacific Time. General admission tickets and camping passes will go on-sale Thursday, April 6 at 10 AM.
