Pasquale Rotella: ‘big changes’ are coming to EDCLV very soon’

Insomniac Events’ Electric Forest just concluded its first year as a two weekend event and the brand’s CEO Pasquale Rotella was in attendance to celebrate. While offering his followers a live stream of the event, the creative mastermind revealed that big changes to EDC Las Vegas’ 2018 iteration may be coming sooner than expected.

It’s worth noting that for the first time in years, this past year’s EDC Las Vegas failed to sell out, perhaps triggering the need for Rotella to make some adjustments. Currently under major speculation is the possibility of the festival taking place over Memorial Day weekend or potentially moving to the new Las Vegas Raiders football stadium which is slated for completion before the 2020 NFL season begins.

Regardless of what the changes may have in store, Rotella’s continued commentary on future happenings for the festival indicate that it will likely be a pivotal move for the brand.
