Ludacris Reveals Drake Beef’s Really, Really, Really Over – Really: “Everything’s Good”

Southern rap veteran Ludacris wants the world to know things between him and Drake have been good well before this year’s Billboard Music Awards ceremony.

In a new interview, Luda revealed they previously made peace in a now-infamous feud prior to Drake appearing to call a truce at the annual awards show.

“Yeah, everything is good,” Ludacris told the Daily News in a recent interview. “We had a conversation before he even did that,” says Ludacris, who makes his debut as host of the new “Fear Factor” on Tuesday. (New York Daily News)

During an award acceptance speech, Drake shared heartfelt words for the Billboard Music Awards host.

“Ludacris, we haven’t always seen eye to eye, but I’ve always been a big fan of yours and I got a lot of love for yo. I want to let you know that face to face, while I’m still here.” (Billboard Music Awards)

Back in 2010, Drake and Luda clashed over some dicey published comments.

Their feud is said to have started after Drake’s 2010 AllHipHop interview, in which he seemingly criticized Luda for trying to pull off the “Supa Dupa” rapping style. “Then a bunch of rappers started doing it and using the most terrible references in the world,” he said. “I don’t want to offend somebody. I hate that rappers picked that flow up. I wish they had left that for people that know how to use it. [The ones who say] It’s a parade! MACYS!” (Complex)
