Celebrate fourth of July with Tiësto at New York’s scenic Governors Island venue

Grammy Award-winning Dutch megastar Tiësto has announced a massive one-off show on the fourth of July at The HRBR Project on New York’s fabled Governors Island. With Manhattan’s majestic skyline providing a perfect backdrop for the holiday, this show is a triumphant return to the Big Apple for Tiësto, continuing on the momentum from his acclaimed sold-out Brooklyn Hangar shows earlier this year.

The show is slated to be one of the most exciting of Tiësto’s year, as it marks the iconic Dutch producer’s first time performing at Eddie Dean’s recently established six acre, multiple-stage venue. Upon the opening of the event space, Dean told Mixmag, “We are really excited and can’t wait to share this one-of-a-kind venue with everyone. We’re bringing in top talent with highly curated line-ups to match — and wait until you see the view.” Tiësto stands alongside Richie Hawtin, Carl Cox, and Hardwell as one of the first acts tapped to provide a set at Governors Island.

The Independence Day show further includes heavy-hitting supporting lineup, comprised of some of Tiësto’s favorite collaborators and friends, including KSHMR, Cheat Codes, and Aazar. Hot off the success of his collaboration single “BOOM” with American production duo Sevenn “BOOM” on his own Musical Freedom label, expect this to be a memorable fourth of July.
